Compliance and safety

Built to meet European and UK safety standards

IDRMS FotoFloor, FotoStretch, and FotoWall systems are specified against fire class testing, low-VOC emissions limits, and indoor air safety requirements. Documentation is supplied with every commercial project.

Four key standards

Compliance protocols we verify

Each system is assessed against the four requirements below before specification on commercial and institutional projects.

VOC emissions

Low volatile organic compound emissions, tested to support indoor air quality in occupied spaces.

Fire retardancy class

Fire class performance verified against EU and UK building safety directives for the relevant application.

Slip resistance

Surface slip resistance assessed for floors in circulation and wet-use areas across commercial settings.

Indoor air safety

Non-toxic material selection and emissions testing to support safe indoor air in healthcare and food areas.

Site documentation

Risk assessments and method statements

A site risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) is supplied for every commercial project, covering site preparation, substrate checks, and access control.

Ventilation procedures define airflow, curing windows, and occupancy restrictions during installation, so that the finished surface meets the emissions profile specified for the space.

Standardised method statements set out each installation step, so architects and commercial builders can review and approve the process before work begins on site.
